2. Categories of data
- Identity and contact: name, surname, email address and phone number.
- Order, delivery and invoicing: address, location, invoice type, required identity or tax information, products, quantities, value, order and payment status.
- Enquiries and support: company, country, message, equipment/project preferences, serial number, warranty and service descriptions.
- Smart Cloud: account details, linked-device records, measurements shown by the service, group/command records and security information.
- Security and preferences: timestamps, source page, limited security/session records, newsletter choice and optional analytics choice.
- Optional analytics: online identifier, session, approximate location, browser/device and page-interaction data only after consent.

Providing a privacy notice and asking for consent are separate actions. Data required for a contract or legal obligation is not presented as optional consent; newsletter and non-essential analytics choices are requested separately.
4. Collection
Data is collected electronically through website forms, order and payment-notice steps, Smart Cloud, email or phone communication, warranty lookup and limited technical records needed to operate the service securely. A service request may be linked to an existing customer and product record using the serial number.
5. Sharing and international processing
Where necessary and proportionate, data may be shared with providers used for hosting/IT, email, shipping, accounting/e-invoicing and bank/payment workflows, and with competent public authorities where required by law.
SmartKablo does not use personal data on this website for personalised advertising. Advertising storage and personalisation permissions remain denied by default.
6. Retention
Data is retained only for the period required by the stated purpose and applicable law. Order, invoice, payment and warranty records follow applicable legal requirements; enquiry, demo, service and support records are kept only as needed to follow the request and protect potential rights. Newsletter sending stops when consent is withdrawn. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised under the applicable process.
7. Security
Measures include access restrictions, authorisation, password hashing, secure-session settings, input validation, request limiting and separation of records by purpose. No internet transmission can be guaranteed as absolutely secure; please report suspected issues to the contact address above.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether your personal data is processed; request information about processing, purpose, use and recipients; request correction; request deletion or destruction when the conditions apply and notification of those steps to recipients; object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis; and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
State your request clearly and include information sufficient to verify your identity. You may write to the postal address above or use the email address recorded in the controller’s systems to contact destek@smartkablo.com. Requests are handled under the applicable procedure and deadlines.

This notice may be updated when the service, providers or law changes. The current version and update date are published at this URL.
